Terms of Use

Who we are

Liwan Al Khair is a marketplace operating in the United Arab Emirates. We connect customers with licensed businesses and with delivery partners. We are not the seller of the products or services listed.

Your account

You need one account, linked to a mobile number that belongs to you. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3.

Using the platform

Use it lawfully and honestly. Do not misrepresent who you are, list anything you are not entitled to sell, or interfere with the service for anyone else.

4.

Orders and payment

A contract for a product or service is between you and the business you buy from. Payment is processed by a licensed payment service provider. We do not hold your funds.

5.

Changes to these terms

We publish a numbered, dated version whenever these terms change. Where a change is material you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue.

Each policy is published as a numbered, dated version. Users accept a specific version, and that version stays downloadable.

Sample wording, shown to demonstrate structure and versioning. The final Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the three agreement texts are supplied by the Client in both languages under Schedule F.
