Provider Agreement
1.
Licence and eligibility
You hold a valid UAE trade licence covering what you sell, and you keep it current. We verify it before activation and remind you before it expires.
2.
Your listings
Describe accurately what you offer, price it clearly, and keep availability current. You are responsible for the goods and services you list.
3.
Fulfilment
Prepare orders within the time you state. Where you cannot fulfil an order, say so promptly so the customer is not left waiting.
4.
Suspension
We may suspend an account where a licence lapses, where listings breach these terms, or where complaints indicate a serious problem. Any suspension is given with a recorded reason.
5.
Ending the agreement
Either side may end this agreement. Orders already placed are completed, and records are retained as the law requires.
